I have written a few post so far, and I think its about time to let everyone in on just a little bit more about myself . I was born and raised in Anchorage Alaska . Alaska’s largest city, , lies between the mountains and the sea There is no other urban area like it.

When I was 15 my parents decided for us to move to a little town in northern Washington State called Sequim. A town between Port Angles and Port Townsend, along the Dungeness River near the base of the Olympic Mountains. Going from a city the size or Anchorage to a town with one flashing red light it was a culture shock, a living hell. This was a teenager thought. I did get into reading a lot, before this I hated reading, it was for me the only escape from the isolation that was brought upon me. Thankfully for me, at the time,we only lived there for about 9 months, though at this time in my life I don’t think I would mind living there again

We next moved down the bigger town of Silverdale Washington.Silverdale is located on the Kitsap Peninsula It is 9 miles (14 km) northwest of the city of Bremerton and the same distance south of Poulsbo. Silverdale lies at the north tip of Dyes Inlet, which connects it to Bremerton via Sinclair Inlet and to the Pacific Ocean via Port Orchard and Puget Sound. Silverdale actually has a few full three color stop lights, and a mall, but still had that small town feel to me. I did work to get out of that shell of isolation that I put around myself and made some friends, some I even keep in contact with to this day. I do miss certain things like hanging out all night at Elsie Restaurant drinking coffee till 5am and their 2 – 4-1 Elsie night loved the Elsie burger. Sorry to say though after both Elsie and Joe passed the kids closed the place from what I hear.

About 1991 I moved to Ocean Springs Mississippi. Ocean Springs is 2 miles (3.2 km) east of Biloxi and west of Gautier. Ocean Springs has that small southern town feel , but not the small southern town attitude, it had a progressive feel, not so much as a total liberal ideal, but more progressive then one would think of a southern town. I had a lot of first there. First car, Coming Out, First Gay Bar, First boyfriend, First Casino Job, First Hurricane (storm + drink). So many great memories. Would love to go back.

All the fun came crashing to an end in 2005 when Katrina came to town like a cracked out tranny wore looking for the John that stiffed her. I had no damage to my place, just my job was washed up on the other side of the highway and a mile down from where it was supposed to be. I had no way of knowing how long i would be out of work or if I had a job or would still be hired back at my job if and when they opened, and what I would do in the mean time.

At that time decided to take a chance and move myself and my furbaby (Conan) to St Louis Missouri. St Louis is situated along the western bank of the Mississippi River, and is the largest metropolitan area in the state of Missouri .St. Louis is home to two major league sports teams. The St. Louis Cardinals are one of the most successful franchises in Major League Baseball, The St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League (NHL) who won their first Stanley Cup in 2019. The city of St. Louis has, as of April 2017, the highest murder rate, per capita, in the United States. This is the point of why I want to move I don’t feel safe in the area. There are other things also, but generally just over the area. Though I have had some fun here and have met some great people, it has always been my intention that St Louis was a stop not a permanent home. I was when I first moved here only going to be here for a year or so, just till the casinos on the coast started to rebuild and open again. As fate or whatever is laughing I am stuck here it seems because the pay(job market) here compared to the cost of living makes it hard to save and one you save it seems like fate has other plans .Though, I will perville and move out of this area, not sure where though I know it will probably be somewhere where short can be worn almost year round, and most times a hoodie is ample protection from the cold.

I’ve worked for a few casinos, starting off with The Grand Casino Biloxi, working as bakery prep./baker in the buffet, Then moving on to The New Palace Casino as a baker. Treasure Bay came next as the Assistant Head Baker. Followed by a short stint as Head Baker at The Copa Casino. By this time I was just burned out with the entire bakery sean so I landed a job as a poker room chip runner/ brush back at The Grand Casino, that for me was that dream type job that you never knew you wanted. Then Katrina…… And I moved with help for the company (Harrah’s) to the sister property in St.Louis. That has since been acquired by Penn National Gaming and re-branded as a Hollywood property.

I have been a baker for 28 years mostly with casinos, but also for the past 5 years with grocery stores where I have been a bakery clerk, bakery assistant manager , and bakery manager. I do for the most part enjoy what I do though I know there is more then working the grind for someone else . So I heard about an opportunity from my sister. Nothing to be making millions from just something to start and get my feet wet

I do sell, and promote The Gourmet Cupboard, as an Independent Distributor . I do think that I have a good working experience in the professional food market to endorse The GOURMET CUPBOARD. I haven’t at the time of this writing tried all the mixes, but what I have tried of the The GOURMET CUPBOARD has been worth it in flavor, and ease of preparation. Each of The GOURMET CUPBOARD mixes are handmade using only the finest gourmet ingredients at just the right proportions. Each of the mixes includes all the dry ingredients, and you simply add one or two other ingredients such as sour cream, water, cream cheese, ground meat, etc. Most mixes contain no msg or preservatives and there are sugar free and gluten free mixes available.
